Once again we have clashed with the Farnborough Air Show, making Hotel bookings extremely difficult
and expensive. However we have managed to secure a limited number of rooms at the Doubletree Hilton
in Woking ( was the Holiday Inn ) The Hotel has had a multi million pound refurbishment.
Double or Twin room £105.00 per night. Single £90.00 per night, Dinner / Bed/ Breakfast.
Saturday ans Sunday returning home on Monday 18th after breakfast.
Based on a 29 seater coach the fare will be £45.00 per person, we may opt for a 48 seater,
this will be discussed at the February meeting.

The regiment have been asked by the Belgians to celebrate our 360th Anniversary in September 2016.
With this in mind the Manchester branch are organising a trip to Bruges
from Sept. 1st to 5th inclusive.
We have a 48 seater coach
the details are for the coach (including ferries and excursions)
five days/four nights in the five star Park Hotel
on a bed and continental breakfast basis will cost £345pp.
The itinerary for the weekend is various events starting Friday afternoon,
including the unveiling of a monument to Charles ll.
On Saturday there will be a march through Bruges by Nijmegan Company and the regimental Band.
In the afternoon there may be events at the St. Sebastian Guild of Archers.
On Sunday there is a trip out to Pont-a-Marcq near Lille
to commemorate the engagement there,
then on to Ypres,
where the Band will play outside the Clothe Hall
before attending the Last Post Ceremony at the Menin Gate
We will then return to our hotel in Bruges
and leave the hotel on Monday morning bound for home.
The first 48 names I have will take the seats
